Wilson James is intent on being a socially responsible employer. This means making a positive impact on the lives of our staff, clients and the wider communities in which we operate.
Our CSR programme involves managing our environmental impacts; supporting staff involvement in community initiatives; ensuring the health, safety and well-being of our employees and working responsibly with our customers and suppliers.
Implementing CSR activities enables us to increase staff development through volunteering opportunities, lessen the environmental impact of our operations whilst making cost savings and also enables us to invest in our local community by continuing to offer employment opportunities to local residents.
We engage with our employees to ensure the activities implemented reflect their wants and needs in order to ensure the CSR programme is successful and includes as many of our staff as possible.
