• to understand and monitor the behaviours of staff in relation to safety and well-being at work, taking steps to counter any negative trends
• to communicate clearly in regard to health and wellbeing at work ensuring timely access to relevant information for all staff

To help achieve the above, Wilson James has become accredited to OHSAS 18001 and has implemented an effective Management System that meets all its requirements.
