WJ launches training & development passport

Wilson James announces the introduction of a Training and Development Passport which is a unique innovation within the UK security industry.


Our Leaning & Development Manager, Peter McGowan, was keen to provide our security staff with a record of all the training and development they undergo as they progress in their career with Wilson James. He designed the passport to do just that. Now, each time a training course is completed, the passport is updated and stamped by the trainer. Records of professional memberships and career development are also noted.

Outstanding Act: Sarah Field, National Railway Museum, York


Best Use of Technology: Siemens CCTV Team, London Borough of Bexley

Matching last year’s unprecedented score, we believe we have achieved the highest ranking each and every year since the Approved Contractor Scheme was introduced by the SIA.
