Housekeeping & Welfare

One of most important aspects of maintaining a safe and securite site, is the standard of housekeeping and welfare facilities provided.  Our on site logistics teams ensure that site are kept tidy with material holding areas and regular waste removal, but Wilson James is able to provide a "clean in, clean out" policy for construction workers by providing a properly manned cloakroom service, cleaning and drying facilities and showers.

In 2006, Wilson James was awarded "Building Best Site Facilities Award" for its pioneering facilities provided at the Unilever House Redevelopment.  Since then, the hanger system, designed by Wilson for this project, has been taken up by the industry and is found on a wide variety of other projects.
