Pre Construction Planning

Wilson James provides a Pre-Construction Planning service to help develop an integrated Logistics Strategy to support the construction process and enable the uninterrupted material supply to enhance the construction programme.

This is done by establishing effective forward planning and implementation of processes and delivery of services. The key requirement of the Logistics Strategy is to deliver efficiently and effectively the movement of labour, materials and associated plant and equipment to their respective work areas. Interruption to any existing core purpose activity and their users must be kept to a minimum.
