When you begin at Wilson James, you will receive basic job training and a full site induction to ensure you are familiar with your role and responsibilities. As you progress, you will be offered access to a wide range of training to help you build your skills and knowledge.
Also, everyone takes part in a Customer Experience Day, where you learn how to bring world class service to life. Annual refresher training ensures you are up-to-date with the latest developments to keep us ahead of the game.
Working shifts never means that you need to feel isolated at Wilson James. We have a team of night managers who visit all of our sites out-of-hours, providing support, guidance and training. And as part of our Staff Welfare and Development Programme (SWDP) you will have a monthly meeting with your line manager which gives you an opportunity to discuss and resolve any issues which may be of concern.
