A medal a month

A medal a month

Over the course of the year, WJ colleague Liam Simpson is planning to win one medal per month in aid of Crisis, Wilson James’s charity of the year! Each month he will take part in a challenging run with a minimum length of 10km. He has already taken part in the Heaton Park Half Marathon which he completed in 1 hour 38 minutes. He has also signed up to complete The Chester 10km, the Manchester Marathon and hopefully peaking at a 100-mile attempt in October.

Liam has set up his own JustGiving page. If you would like to donate to help end homelessness and help Liam reach his target for his year’s worth of running challenges, please click here.

Do you fancy taking on a challenge like this to raise money for Crisis?  If you sign up for a challenge event (e.g. Marathon, Half Marathon or Triathlon), with the aim of raising at least £300, Wilson James will pay your registration fee for the event.*

*Wilson James will pay for registration for challenge events up to £75 per event (maximum £150 per person in any one year).
