Behavioural Safety Programme, Phase Two

Health & Safety

Dear colleagues,

We are delighted to confirm that the first phase of our Behavioural Safety Programme has successfully completed. We are now commencing Phase Two which will consist of:

  • Monthly Behavioural Safety Awareness Presentations. A programme detailing this training will be distributed, but if you wish to schedule a specific training time or location, you can contact the HSW team
  • E-learning. An e-learning module will be added to the Wilson James Hub as a permanent training resource. This will be published before the end of this month
  • Behavioural Safety Awards. This new category will be added to our annual Wilson James Health, Safety and Wellbeing Awards to ensure that safe actions are acknowledged and rewarded within the business

Our aim is to permanently embed this emphasis on Behavioural Safety in our overall safety awareness programme. The HSW team will continue to publish updates in future editions of the Bulletin newsletter, as well as provide refresher training where trend analysis indicates it would be beneficial.
If you have any questions about any of the above, or wish to schedule additional training for yourself or your teams, please email

Kind regards,

Chas Bray
Head of Health, Safety & Wellbeing
