Inclusion Open Mic

Last week in the middle of National Inclusion Week, Wilson James was represented at the first ‘inclusion open mic’ event. Sponsored by Inclusive Employers, it was an opportunity for organisations from a broad range of sectors to share and learn from one another.
From the House of Lords to major housebuilders, the interactive session focused on best practice, with an emphasis on sharing how inclusivity can be made a core part of the workplace.
There were a number of learnings taken away from the event and we will be looking in the coming weeks how we can put some of these inspirational ideas into practice at WJ.
