International Men’s Day

On Tuesday 19th November, the Tate celebrated International Men’s Day. Similar to Women’s day on March 8th 2019, the male colleagues at the Tate were invited to take pictures and placards of themselves speaking about the relevance of that they.

Even though the Tate do have a predominantly male workforce, yet alone industry it was important to address this day. It was a simple but meaningful intervention, highlighting the Tate’s theme this year around the positive value men bring to the world, their families and communities, through being positive role models and raising awareness of men’s well-being.
