Mental Health Awareness Week 2018

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and the theme for 2018 is: stress.

Stress is an everyday aspect of life but there can be occasions or circumstances when stress can seriously affect your wellbeing, through physical symptoms and challenges to your mental health.

Wilson James has renewed its partnership with Mind, the mental health charity, for a third year to continue raising awareness for mental health in the workplace and stress management is a significant aspect of wellbeing. Our Health and Safety team have produced an article about some of the most common causes of stress and some resources for helping you manage them. Click here to read the full blog post for more information about the physical effects of stress, how to best manage stressors, and advice on where to turn for additional help should you need it.

Managing the fleet after lockdown

With lockdown being eased across the UK, a lot of sites across Wilson James will start to slowly ease back into some form of normality. With this in mind, Liam McMenamin, fleet coordinator at Wilson James addresses the areas that may be challenging over the coming months.

As part of our journey on to Microsoft 365 and to better secure your data from external threats, we will be activating MFA across Microsoft 365 on Monday 6 July. This follows a successful MFA pilot programme which we have been running over the last 4 weeks.
