Mental Health Awareness Week 2018

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and the theme for 2018 is: stress.

Stress is an everyday aspect of life but there can be occasions or circumstances when stress can seriously affect your wellbeing, through physical symptoms and challenges to your mental health.

Wilson James has renewed its partnership with Mind, the mental health charity, for a third year to continue raising awareness for mental health in the workplace and stress management is a significant aspect of wellbeing.
