Growing the Business

As of this month we have launched our own Applicant Tracking System (ATS) within Wilson James. This allows us for the first time to be able to directly post our company vacancies on the Wilson James careers page.

Following this role out there are some key changes to be aware of:

  • If you want to apply for a role internally you will need to view and apply for these roles on the Wilson James website on the “Work for Us” page. You will have the option to tick that you are a current Wilson James Employee and add your ERN
  • Your manager will still need to be aware of and in support of your application, but you will no longer send them a paper form to sign off
  • Refer a friend just got a lot simpler! If any Wilson James Employee wants to refer a friend, they can direct their friend to the website to apply. The applicant can state that have been referred and add their friend’s name as part of the application process. After the applicant passes their 3 month probation period, the referrer will be paid a £150 referral bonus.
