Reporting Serious Incidents
Dear colleagues,
From time to time, serious incidents happen. When they do, it is important that managers take the right action. Your immediate response must always be to follow local incident response procedures, but as soon as it is safe to do so, it is important to report the incident within Wilson James. This is your best way of getting help and support from within Wilson James. This communication tells you what makes a serious incident and how to report it to our 24/7 Operational Support Centre. Please print off the poster and keep it handy so that it is ready when you need it.
When reporting a serious incident, or something more routine, it can be useful to use the phonetic alphabet to aid clarity, for example when spelling a name or reporting a vehicle registration number. There is a poster here which lists the phonetic alphabet for use by you and your colleagues.
