Gavin is a successful risk and security professional capable of strategic thinking with an analytical leadership style. Gavin works as an embedded consultant within Wilson James’ clients to ensure a consistent approach in the delivery of security and emergency management practice. He successfully developed and oversaw the implementation of security application standards and the security operational delivery model to protect a global organisation’s assets. He has achieved cost savings of over 70% to a client’s security function without loss of credibility or corporate governance through the design and implementation of an effective change management programme.

George Foster


Strategic Account Director

George has extensive experience and expertise within the security industry, particularly with potentially high-risk operational/non-operational appointments worldwide. He has proven expertise in managing high-level projects in leading UK (FTSE100) and international organisations, whilst meeting with the relevant international regulatory compliance and standards. He is extremely well-versed in security consultancy, with a focus on the design and implementation of Major Incident Management Plans (MIMP). George has written many articles for reputable international industry and non-industry publications over the years and has worked with and been interviewed by the media, such as: BBC, National Geographic and ITV. He is currently an elected member of The Security Institute and formerly an elected member for The International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS).

Charlotte Watt


Contract Manager & Project Lead

Charlotte has gained a vast amount of experience of managing and conducting security operations internationally. Following 9-years in the British Army, Charlotte has developed exceptional knowledge within both close protection, foot and mobile surveillance. Working with high-net-worth-individuals (HNWI) in both high and low risk environments, she is able to communicate effectively to mitigate risk at the highest levels and provide a world class service delivery. She has worked covertly for large brands to expose corruption, theft and much more during her time as a surveillance operator. Charlotte is also a board member on the Young Members Board at The Security Institute, she has a keen eye on developing the number of females within the security industry.

Jon Flint



Jon brings 13 years of military experience in the Royal Marines to his career as a security professional. Jon has delivered risk and security-based solutions in highly successful and uncertain environments and has continually demonstrated a proven capability in creating strategy, delivering the finish product and guiding its operational effectiveness. In the private industry, he has delivered projects within the corporate, banking and maritime sectors. Jon is an active member on the board of trustees for the charity Canine Partners.
